Christian Dior shows off Classic Handbags at Paris Fashion Week

Christian Dior showed off their Fall/Winter 2013/2014 collection at the Paris Fashion Week. Models walked the new handbags down the runway, giving a first look at the classic looks that Dior fans are sure to love. With a twist of modern in each bag, this collection is sure to be very successful.

The Christian Dior line showed soft fabrics in classic silhouettes that were updated with asymmetrical lines and prints for a modern approach on a classic look. The structured handbags and ladylike shoes completed a contrasting look on the runway that was modern and still timeless.

The structured handbags that were shown off at the Paris Fashion Week were classic, double-top handle satchels. The satchels were medium in size and were shown in neutral hues. The satchel collection was also shown in smooth leather, as well as floral decorations. Black and beige satchels were paired with daytime looks. All of the bags were medium sized and offered a structured silhouette.

Christian Dior also showed some small clutches paired with dressy skirts and dresses. Overall the handbag line stayed true to the designer’s brand with their modern take on their classic look. The line was definitely a hit at the 2013 Paris Fashion Week.
